Bayside Health is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join the Trauma Service at The Alfred, Melbourne. The role focuses on psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention and discharge planning within a agile multidisciplinary team.

You will provide leadership to the Trauma team, supervise staff and students, and collaborate with external agencies. This fixed-term position runs until June 2027 and requires hospital experience and EMR use.
