The successful applicant will be required to assist in day-to-day operations including,

meal preparation, ordering, rostering, training and communicating with front of house

management.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years’ experience in a similar role with a

minimum of a certificate 3 in cooking.

The ideal candidate will see this as an chance to grow within the group and when

more senior roles become available be ready to further their career.

Job Duties:

Prepare, season and cook food as directed, meeting dietary requirements where

required

Follow recipes and presentation specifications

Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

Oversee and manage kitchen operations





Clean and organise kitchen and equipment in adherence to hygiene and safety

regulations

Preserve and store foodstuffs in appropriate temperature-controlled facilities

Train apprentices and other kitchen staff
