The Opportunity

As the Demand Planning Analyst, you will play a critical role as the key link between Sales and Supply Planning, ensuring commercial plans, promotional activity and customer demand signals are reflected in forecasting for Chobani to make informed supply, inventory and production decisions.

Reporting to the Demand Planning Lead, the Demand Planning Analyst position has been created to support business growth, increasing SKU complexity, greater promotional activity and an expanding customer base. This role will now enable more frequent engagement with Sales teams and improve forecasting accuracy across an assigned customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop and maintain customer demand forecasts across the medium to long-term planning horizon




- Analyse forecast accuracy and identify trends, risks and opportunities
- Partner closely with Account Managers and cross-functional stakeholders
- Lead regular account reviews to discuss future demand, promotional plans and forecast changes
- Support the monthly Demand Review and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process by providing forward-looking demand insights
- Prepare reporting, analysis and planning insight recommendations for stakeholders
- Maintain forecasting information within Chobani's planning systems and Excel-based forecasting tools

About You

Your natural curiosity has enabled you to better identify trends, patterns and drivers behind performance in a product line, and you use data to make informed recommendations.

You understand the commercial implications behind forecasting decisions and have been accountable in a previous position where balancing customer requirements with business outcomes was key to your success.

To find success in this role, you will be more than an analyst; you can confidently partner with Sales, influence stakeholders through data, challenge assumptions appropriately, and take ownership of a customer portfolio to improve forecast accuracy, planning effectiveness,



and overall business performance.

You will have 2-4 years of experience in Demand Planning, Forecasting or Supply Planning in a Food Manufacturing or FMCG business and proven experience developing and maintaining demand forecasts to strict timelines.

Key skills and experience:

- Tertiary qualification in Business, Engineering or Science
- CSCP or CPIM certification highly regarded
- Exceptional analytical capability and application of IBP principles
- Advanced Excel skills and demonstrated usage business reporting applications are essential, a working understanding of TilliT is desirable
- Experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders and build effective working relationships across Sales, Planning and Supply Chain teams
- Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
- Collaborates effectively while maintaining an independent point of view
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve results
- Ability to work through ambiguity and make decisions with imperfect information
