Primary Objective: Lead the Commission's licensing, compliance and reporting functions across electricity, water and sewerage and ports regulation. Provide expert advice and analysis on licensing, compliance, investigations, reporting and related regulatory matters. Ensure delivery complies with relevant legislation, sound governance principles and regulatory integrity.
