About The Program The Early Help Program is part of Victoria's reform agenda to provide support earlier, helping children and families access assistance before issues become more complex. The program focuses on prevention, early intervention and strengthening family wellbeing through accessible local services. Working alongside schools, maternal and child health services, early learning centres and community organisations, the program delivers practical support that is trauma-informed,
culturally safe and family-centred.
Through strong partnerships and community connections, Early Help supports families to build confidence, resilience and stronger pathways to positive outcomes for children.
