Melbourne
Born in Melbourne and worn around the world, MAAP exists to propel cycling forward through performance, design and culture.
We’re looking for an experienced eCommerce Coordinator to join the team on a fixed-term parental leave contract. You'll run the day-to-day trading of our global storefronts, turning our Go-To-Market calendar into launches, campaigns and onsite experiences that are accurate, on time and on brand.
This is a hands-on role for someone who can step into established systems quickly, hold a high standard from day one, and keep a global operation running smoothly. You'll report to our VP eCommerce & Customer Service and lead our eCommerce Product Data Coordinator.
THE ROLE
You'll own the day-to-day running of maap.cc and work across our global eCommerce operation to keep launches, campaigns and trading activity moving. You'll be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operation of MAAP’s global eCommerce storefronts.
- Coordinating product launches, campaigns, promotions and key trading periods across the GTM calendar.
- Building, QAing and publishing onsite experiences across Shopify and related platforms.
- Managing onsite merchandising, collections, recommendations and personalisation through Shopify, Nosto and other tools.
- Overseeing product setup and enrichment across PIM, Shopify and connected systems.
- Coordinating website content and publishing through Prismic.
- Making sure product, campaign and website content is accurate and ready to go live.
- Supporting eCommerce reporting across GA4, Shopify, Nosto and other analytics platforms.
- Assisting with CRO activity, A/B testing, UAT and QA for new features and platform updates.
- Managing and prioritising the workload of the eCommerce Product Data Coordinator.
- Working closely with Creative, Marketing, Product, Wholesale and Digital teams to keep launches and campaigns on track.
ABOUT YOU
You’ll be someone who is comfortable working across a lot of moving parts, can stay close to the detail, and knows what good eCommerce execution looks like. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 3+ years in eCommerce, digital merchandising, or online retail (preferably fashion, apparel, sportswear, or premium consumer brands).
- Strong hands-on Shopify experience.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., Prismic, Contentful).
- Proficiency with PIM systems and product enrichment workflows.
- Onsite merchandising and personalisation tool experience (e.g., Nosto) highly regarded.
- Solid grasp of eCommerce fundamentals: merchandising, promotions, search, navigation, PLPs, PDPs, and customer journeys.
- Proven ability to coordinate product and campaign launches to tight deadlines.
- Working knowledge of analytics tools including GA4, Shopify, and ContentSquare.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills for managing concurrent deadlines.
- Previous team leadership or junior management experience desirable.
- Exposure to CRO programs, A/B testing and behavioural analytics tools.
- Experience supporting B2B or wholesale eCommerce platforms.
- Experience working with multi-currency and multi-region storefronts.
Experience in fashion, apparel, sportswear or a premium consumer brand would be a solid advantage.
WHY MAAP eCommerce is at the centre of how MAAP reaches riders around the world. In this role, you'll have real ownership of the day-to-day digital experience, working across our product, brand, creative and commercial teams to bring MAAP to life online.
