Role Description This full-time Electrician role is an on-site position located in the Greater Melbourne Area. The Electrician will install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial, residential, healthcare, and industrial settings. Day-to-day tasks include reading and interpreting plans, wiring and cabling, performing routine inspections, and diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical faults.

The role involves testing systems for safety and compliance, completing necessary documentation, and collaborating with project managers, contractors, and other team members to deliver projects on schedule.



The Electrician is expected to follow all relevant electrical standards, safety procedures, and company policies.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust foundational knowledge of electricity and electrical work.
- Candidates should possess skills in maintenance & repair and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment.
- Candidates should possess an understanding of electrical engineering principles relevant to installation and system design.
- Relevant electrical trade qualification, apprenticeship completion, and current electrical license or certification.
- Demonstrated experience in commercial, residential, healthcare, or industrial electrical projects.
- Commitment to workplace safety, adherence to Australian standards, and familiarity with local regulations.
- Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and work efficiently both independently and in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites within the Greater Melbourne Area.
