Role Description<

The Entry-Level Financial Controller will support them Group CFO and the finance team with day-to-day accounting and reporting activities in a full-time, on-site role based in Woodville North, South Australia.

Responsibilities include assisting with preparation and review of financial statements, supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting, and helping monitor budgets, costs, and variances. The role will involve processing and reconciling transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and supporting compliance with relevant accounting standards and internal controls. The role will collaborate with operations and management to provide financial analysis, contribute to process improvements, and ensure timely and accurate information for decision-making.

Experience and Qualifications

- Ability to work with core finance concepts,



including Finance and Financial Reporting.
- Understanding of Accounting principles and practices relevant to an industrial manufacturing workplace, including inventory accounting, standard

costing and BOMs.
- Capability to assist in preparing and reviewing Financial Statements with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong Analytical Skills for interpreting financial data, identifying variances, and supporting business decisions.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet tools and financial software; ERP improvement/implementation

- experience is an advantage.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team-oriented, on-site environment.
- Organised, reliable, and willing to learn, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
