Luxury Media & Publishing | City Location The Opportunity
We are looking for an exceptionally driven Executive Assistant with a minimum of 3 years’ experience to work alongside the leadership team of a leading luxury media business.
This is not a traditional EA role.
We are looking for someone thirsty to work, commercially sharp, highly organised and relentlessly proactive — someone who wants to operate at the centre of a fast-moving media company and play a genuine role in its growth.
Our ambition is simple: to build the best luxury magazine and media brand in the world.
You will work in a high-energy, sophisticated city environment, surrounded by leading creatives, entrepreneurs, brands, advertisers and cultural figures. The pace is fast, the standards are high, and no two days are the same.
THE PERSON
You are
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an Executive Assistant, Senior EA, Executive Support or similar high-performance role
- Hungry, ambitious and exceptionally hard-working
- Highly organised, with an obsessive attention to detail
- Fast-thinking, calm under pressure and naturally resourceful
- AI-driven and technology fluent — you actively look for smarter, faster ways to work
- Commercially aware and interested in media, luxury, fashion, business and culture
- Excellent at communication, both written and verbal
- Discreet, trustworthy and comfortable dealing with highly confidential information
- Naturally polished and professional
- Someone who sees what needs to happen before being asked
- Comfortable working with senior executives, high-profile clients and important stakeholders
- A strong writer who can draft emails, correspondence, briefs and presentations to a very high standard
- Someone who genuinely enjoys being busy and thrives in a demanding environment
THE ROLE You will become a critical part of the day-to-day operation of the business and the executive office.
Executive Support
- Managing a complex and rapid-moving diary
- Coordinating meetings, calls, travel and schedules
- Preparing executives for meetings, presentations and events
- Managing correspondence and ensuring actions are followed through
- Handling sensitive and confidential matters with complete discretion
Business & Operations
- Keeping projects moving and ensuring deadlines are met
- Preparing agendas, meeting notes, briefs and follow-up actions
- Managing internal workflows and priorities
- Coordinating across editorial, commercial, creative and external teams
- Researching people, companies, markets, brands and opportunities
- Helping the leadership team stay focused on the highest-value priorities
AI & Technology
We want an EA who sees AI as a competitive advantage.
You will be expected to use AI and modern technology to improve the way the business operates — from research and information gathering to drafting, organisation, workflow automation, meeting preparation and knowledge management.
You don't need to be a programmer.
You do need to be curious, technologically confident and constantly asking: “How can we do this better, faster and smarter?”
THE STANDARD
We are building a world-class luxury media company.
That means we care about: Taste. Intelligence. Speed. Precision. Discretion. Presentation. Execution.
Everything you produce should be polished.
Every meeting should be prepared.
Every deadline should be known.
Every detail should be considered.
And when something goes wrong, your instinct should be to solve it — not explain why it happened.
THE IDEAL BACKGROUND
You must have at least 3 years’ relevant professional experience, ideally in a high-performance environment.
You may come from executive assistance, chief of staff, media, publishing, fashion, luxury, advertising, PR, events or a high-growth business.
More important than your exact background is your energy, intelligence and attitude.
We would particularly like to meet someone who has:
- 3+ years’ experience in a high-level EA, Senior EA, Executive Support or similar role
- Experience supporting senior executives, founders or business leaders
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal English
- Strong Microsoft Office / Google Workspace skills
- Confidence using AI tools and a willingness to learn new technology rapidly
- A sophisticated understanding of professionalism and confidentiality
- The ability to operate independently without constant instruction
WHY JOIN?
This is an opportunity to work at the centre of an ambitious luxury media brand and learn how a world-class media business is built.
You will have exposure to:
Luxury | Media | Publishing | Advertising | Fashion | Culture | Business | Events | High-profile talent | Global brands For the right person, this role can become much more than an EA position.
It can be the beginning of a career in media, publishing, business and leadership.
THE BOTTOM LINE
We are looking for someone who is sharp, switched-on and seriously hungry to succeed.
Someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do.
Someone who can walk into a room, understand what is happening, identify what needs to happen next — and make it happen.
Minimum 3 years’ experience is essential.
If you are smart, ambitious, organised, AI-native and hungry for responsibility, we want to hear from you.
The ambition: the best luxury magazine in the world.
