We're looking for an organised, proactive and detail-focused Executive Assistant to become the right-hand support to one of McGrath Wide Bay's high-performing sales agents.
This is not a traditional administration role.
You'll be involved in the entire client journey, helping coordinate appraisals, listings, marketing campaigns, contracts and settlements while ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. You'll become an integral part of a successful and growing real estate business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing and coordinating the agent's diary and priorities
- Preparing appraisal packs and client follow-up activities
- Coordinating photography, marketing, signboards and listing launches
- Managing CRM systems and vendor reporting
- Assisting with contracts and settlement coordination
- Working closely with our Agent Services team to ensure a seamless client experience
- Keeping campaigns, tasks and workflows moving efficiently
- Who We're Looking For

Real estate experience is an advantage,
but not essential. What matters most is your ability to:
