A well established civil contractor delivering a diverse range of projects across Western Australia. The business has built a strong reputation for reliability, quality delivery, and long term client relationships across bulk earthworks, infrastructure and civil construction projects. With a growing project pipeline, they are now seeking to strengthen their project delivery team.

About the Role

This is a predominantly site based Project Manager role. You will initially be based in Perth, working from the Osborne Park office to assist with project planning, pricing and pre delivery activities while upcoming projects are being mobilised. Once projects commence, the role will transition to site, where you will take full responsibility for project delivery.

You will manage multiple projects concurrently, typically two to three at any given time, with project values ranging from $250k to $10m. Site rosters will vary depending on project requirements, typically operating on a 10 and 4 or 2 and 1 rotation.

This opportunity will suit either an experienced Project Manager or a Senior Project Engineer looking to step into a Project Manager position.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead two to three projects concurrently from planning through to delivery
- Oversee project programming, cost control, forecasting and reporting
- Support pricing, tender reviews and project planning during the initial Perth based phase
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal delivery teams
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Skills & Experience Required

- Experience delivering civil construction projects valued between $250k and $10m
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
- Background as a Project Manager or Senior Project Engineer within civil construction
- Robust commercial, planning and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a predominantly site based role once projects commence
- Strong communication and stakeholder management capability
- Initially Perth based in Osborne Park before moving to site
- Strong site team support
