Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team in Kingsgrove, New South Wales. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the optimal performance of our Air Quality equipment and systems. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the environmental monitoring industry, providing technical expertise and exceptional service to enhance operational efficiency.

The successful candidate will work to install, commission, maintain and repair a range of monitoring and instrumentation systems, ensuring equipment operates reliably, accurately and in accordance with required standards and procedures. The role involves hands-on field work, fault finding, preventative and corrective maintenance, calibration and technical troubleshooting across a range of Air Quality monitoring systems.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of Air Quality equipment and systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely solutions to clients.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability.




- Carry out corrective maintenance and repairs and replace faulty components where required.
- Follow all applicable SWMS, permits, site safety requirements and environmental procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities and client interactions.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology.

Qualifications:

- Associate degree in a relevant field such as engineering, technology, or applied sciences (desirable).
- Proven experience in a field service role, preferably within the environmental monitoring industry.
- Solid technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex systems.
- Understanding of NATA, ISO and Australian Standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
- Regular Night Working required
- International Police check required
