About KeepCup

KeepCup created the original reusable cup. Since 2009, we've been designing products people love to use, helping make reuse part of everyday life.

Today, KeepCup operates companies in Australia, the UK and the US, selling through direct-to-consumer and wholesale channels. As we enter our next phase of growth, we're looking for someone to own our numbers across all three.

About the Role

You'll report directly to the Managing Director and own financial accounting, compliance and reporting across our AU, UK and US entities. You'll keep the books clean, the regulators happy and the leadership team explicit on where the business stands.

This is a hands-on role. You'll do the work yourself, own the month-end, and improve how we do things along the way. Time zones, currencies and tax regimes will all keep you on your toes.

What You'll Do

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Own month-end close across three entities, including intercompany and multi-currency reconciliations
- Prepare consolidated and entity-level management accounts
- Deliver clear monthly reporting to the MD with commentary on what's driving results
- Manage year-end with external accountants and auditors

Compliance & Tax

- Own statutory and tax compliance across AU, UK and US: BAS/GST, PAYG and payroll tax, UK VAT (MTD) and US sales tax
- Manage intercompany arrangements and transfer pricing documentation with advisers
- Keep us ahead of deadlines and regulatory change in each market

Systems & Controls





- Own Xero across all entities, keeping charts of accounts and tracking consistent
- Manage approval workflows in ApprovalMax
- Work with Cin7 to ensure inventory, landed costs and COGS are accurate and reconciled
- Strengthen controls and automate where it saves time

Cash & Commercial Insight

- Manage cash flow forecasting, AP, AR and FX exposure
- Support budgeting and forecasting
- Partner with the team on margin, pricing and inventory decisions

About You

You're precise, organised and commercially minded. You like a clean reconciliation and a clear answer. You're comfortable juggling multiple entities and jurisdictions, and you'd rather fix a process than work around it.

You'll bring

- CA, CPA or ACCA qualification (or equivalent)
- 5+ years' experience in finance roles, ideally multi-entity and multi-currency
- Strong hands-on Xero experience
- Experience with inventory accounting; Cin7 and ApprovalMax a bonus
- Working knowledge of AU, UK and US tax and compliance, or a proven ability to manage advisers across markets
- Experience in product, retail or ecommerce businesses
