Silverloom Advisory Group is a strategic advisory firm. We do not sell products or work in a single niche: we provide comprehensive, strategy-led advice across every area of a client's financial life. That includes retirement planning, superannuation and SMSF, investment and wealth accumulation, property, debt and cash flow, personal risk insurance, Centrelink and Age Pension, business and family structures, and estate planning considerations.

We are growing and are looking for a Financial Adviser who wants more than a job: someone who wants to build a client base, and over time build into equity in the business.

The opportunity

- Fully work from home, anywhere in Australia, with genuine flexibility to fit your lifestyle
- A clear pathway to equity over time for the right person
- Build your client base through leads supplied by the practice, your own referral networks, or both
- Full training and ongoing mentoring in strategic advice across all areas, with support to develop your skills wherever needed
- Established advice processes, technology and compliance support behind you, so your time goes to clients





About you

- Personable, with strong engagement skills and the ability to build trust quickly
- Motivated to grow a client base and take ownership of your results
- Self-disciplined and comfortable working autonomously in a remote workplace
- Committed to quality, compliant advice that is in the client's best interests
- Meets the education and qualification requirements to be authorised as a financial adviser in Australia (or is well progressed towards them)
