We are seeking a customer service-focused and luxury-minded Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team in T'ang Court in a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor in Langham's signature destination for fine Cantonese dining, you will provide an unparalleled level of service within a luxury guest experience.

You will exceed our guests' expectations by providing warm, authentic and timely service and providing good food,



wine and local knowledge to elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications & Skills To be successful in the role you will have been in the same or similar position/s within a luxury hotel or venue, with proven experience supervising teams to meet a high level of service.

- Passion for service excellence and providing superior hospitality;
- Luxury Hotel or Restaurant experience is highly desirable;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work under pressure with strong problem-solving skills;
- Responsible Service of Alcohol;
- Tertiary Qualifications in Hospitality is highly regarded;
- Availability to work evenings, a rotating roster, and public holidays;
- Australian work rights. Please note that we are unable to offer Sponsorship for this position.
