Join a large and well-established organisation where you'll play a key role in developing engaging communications, marketing materials, and visual assets that reach a diverse audience.

The Organisation

Our client is a respected public sector organisation committed to delivering high-quality services to the community. They are seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to support a wide range of communication and engagement initiatives through effective visual storytelling and design excellence.

The Role

As the Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating professional and visually engaging materials across multiple channels. Working closely with internal stakeholders, you will manage competing priorities while producing high-quality creative assets that align with branding and communication objectives.

Responsibilities

- Design and produce a variety of print and digital communication materials.
- Develop creative assets including advertisements, brochures, flyers, signage, publications, and digital content.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver within tight timeframes.
- Prepare artwork for print production, ensuring accuracy in colour management and specifications.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external suppliers throughout the design and production process.
- Contribute creative concepts and visual solutions that enhance audience engagement.
- Ensure all materials meet organisational branding and quality standards.
- Support the delivery of communication and marketing initiatives across various platforms.

Requirements





- Qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated experience in a graphic design role with a strong portfolio of work.
- Proven experience producing digital and print-based communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of artwork preparation, print production processes, and colour management.
- Exposure to motion graphics and digital animation concepts.
- Exceptional project management and organisational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively while also managing tasks independently.
- Current Class C Driver's Licence.
- Valid Working with Children Check, or the ability to obtain one.
