Requirements /n

Minimum Requirements: /n

Suitable candidates should have: /n

/n

/n

- Minimum 1 year of experience in community care, aged

/n care, disability care, or a related support setting
/n
/n





- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or

/n equivalent qualification preferred
/n
/n

- Experience supporting people with complex or high -care needs is

/n highly desirable
/n
/n

- Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain

/n one
/n
/n

- Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks

/n
/n

- Valid driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle

/n
/n

- Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and

/n overnight work where required
/n
/n

- English language evidence may be required, depending on

/n employer and visa requirements
/n
