We are looking for Housekeeping Attendants, Public Area Attendants and Housekeeping Assistants to join our opening team, with casual, part time and full time opportunities available.

Housekeeping sits at the heart of a great Crystalbrook Sam experience. It is the detail guests notice, the spaces that feel considered and the quiet confidence of knowing everything is exactly where it should be.

Opportunities available

We are now recruiting across a range of Housekeeping positions, including:

- Housekeeping Attendants creating beautifully presented guest rooms and ensuring every arrival feels fresh, welcoming and considered
- Public Area Attendants keeping our shared hotel spaces polished, inviting and ready for guests throughout the day
- Housekeeping Assistants supporting the wider team with linen, supplies, equipment and the daily flow of the department

Depending On The Role, Your Day May Include

- Preparing and servicing guest rooms to a consistently high standard
- Making beds, refreshing bathrooms and replenishing guest amenities
- Maintaining clean, beautifully presented public areas throughout the hotel
- Supporting linen movement, stock organisation and housekeeping supplies
- Reporting maintenance or presentation issues quickly
- Working closely with your Housekeeping collaborators and other hotel teams




- Following safe work practices and maintaining organised work areas
- Helping us create a hotel that feels cared for from the moment a guest arrives

About You What matters most is that you are reliable, hardworking and take genuine pride in what you do. You may already have Housekeeping experience, or perhaps you come from cleaning, accommodation, healthcare, aged care, retail, facilities or another fast-moving environment where standards and teamwork matter.

- A strong eye for detail and pride in presentation
- Reliability and a positive approach to work
- The ability to work efficiently while maintaining quality
- A willingness to contribute as part of a supportive team
- Good communication and a respectful approach to colleagues and guests
- The physical ability to work in an active role throughout your shift
- Flexibility to work across a seven-day hotel operation, including weekends and public holidays
- A genuine desire to be part of an exciting new hotel opening
