About the Role As a HVAC Service Technician,



you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our customers while working on a wide range of commercial and residential HVAC systems.

Responsibilities Include:

- Preventative and routine maintenance of commercial and residential HVAC equipment
- Advanced fault finding, diagnostics, repairs, and overhauls
- Commissioning and optimisation of HVAC system
- Small installations and upgrade works
- Reading and interpreting plans and technical drawings
- Servicing equipment
- Building strong customer relationships through quality service delivery

What We're Looking For We're seeking a technically strong and customer-focused HVAC skilled who takes pride in delivering quality outcomes.

You'll Bring:

- Significant experience servicing commercial and residential HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of chillers, commercial air conditioning, and central plant equipment
- Refrigeration Qualification (HVAC experience essential)
- Restricted Electrical Licence
- Current Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent fault-finding and troubleshooting capability
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
- The ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
