- law graduate;
- final-year law student; or
- junior lawyer to join our team.

We are strategic legal advisers to ASX-listed entities, private companies, venture capital and private equity clients. We focus on providing transactional legal advice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, funds management and employment law.

At our firm, you will work directly with, and learn from, respected corporate and employment law specialists. You will have day-to-day client interaction and perform diverse and engaging work while being mentored by senior staff.

Candidate Attributes The ideal candidate is:

1. a final-year law student with strong academic results; or
2. a law graduate who has commenced or completed College of Law (or other practical legal training); or
3.



a lawyer with up to 2 years' post-admission experience in corporate law or another practice area,

and has:
1. a strong desire to pursue a career in corporate law;
2. a willingness to learn, take ownership and embrace challenges;
3. excellent written and verbal communication skills; and
4. a keen attention to detail.
