About you
We’re ideally seeking a Lawyer with 1+ years post-admission experience to join our highly regarded Real Estate team based in Brisbane. You will be passionate about all aspects of the property development process and eager to make an impact.
To be successful and thrive in this role you will have the following skills
- Demonstrated working experience in a range of property development transactions
- A confident communicator – both written and verbal – who can engage professionally with clients and colleagues
- A natural relationship builder with strong interpersonal skills
- Curious about your clients’ industries and quick to develop sector knowledge
- Skilled at managing competing priorities and deadlines within a team environment
- A collaborative problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset

Your role The Real Estate team has a proven track record of handling significant transactions within the Australian property market. Our expertise extends across the entire spectrum of property-related matters, encompassing logistics and industrial estates, agricultural property, hotel and leisure assets, commercial offices and retail shopping centres. We have been integral in advising clients from the initial stages of acquisition through to development, providing comprehensive guidance and strategic insight throughout the process.
With the support of an experienced and approachable Partner group and other lawyers and paralegals, you will work both independently and as part of a team, with direct client contact.
