The Opportunity An exciting opportunity exists to join our high performing national Learning & Development team as a Learning & Development Coordinator on a 12 month parental leave contract.

Reporting to a Learning and Development Manager and working as part of the Learning Helpdesk, you will work closely with the Learning & Development team to support the coordination, administration and continuous improvement of learning initiatives across the firm. You’ll join a national team of learning specialists who are highly collaborative, inclusive and value flexibility.

The position is being offered on a full-time basis in our Melbourne office.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Acting as the first point of contact for internal learning queries, providing responsive and high-quality support to partners and staff.
- Coordinating and supporting professional development programs, new employee orientation and other learning initiatives.
- Administering training and learning activities through the UniversitySite Learning Management System (LMS).
- Supporting L&D; reporting requirements (eg CPD, compliance and KPI reporting), including analysing data and preparing reports to support decision making and continuous improvement.
- Managing Learning Helpdesk operations, including registrations, attendance records, learning materials, room bookings, catering, evaluations and training recordings.
- Maintaining L&D; systems and resources, including learning records, intranet content, team resources and invoice processing.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of L&D; processes, systems and learning experiences.

- Experience in a similar coordinator or administrator role, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong Excel and reporting capability, with the ability to manage data, produce reports and identify trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A collaborative and client-focused mindset, with the ability to build positive relationships and provide responsive support to stakeholders.
- Confidence working with systems and technology, including experience with (or a willingness to learn) the LMS.
