The Role
Reporting into the Legal team, you'll provide practical, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of property and leasing matters while partnering with key stakeholders throughout the business.
Key responsibilities include

- Supporting property acquisitions, development projects and strategic growth initiatives
- Providing pragmatic legal advice to Property, Projects and Facilities teams across Australia and New Zealand
- Managing property-related legal risks and disputes
- Working collaboratively with business leaders and stakeholders to achieve commercial outcomes
- Supporting the wider Legal team on general commercial and business initiatives as required
About You
We're looking for a lawyer with strong property and leasing experience who enjoys partnering with the business and finding practical solutions.
You will bring
- Around 3+ years' post-qualification experience in property law
- Strong experience reviewing, negotiating and advising on commercial and retail leasing matters, ideally within a fast-paced multi-site environment (retail, QSR etc)
- Experience acting for tenants, landlords or multi-site operators
- A commercial mindset and the ability to balance legal risk with business outcomes
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- An interest in building a long-term career in-house, or experience already working within an in-house legal environment
Why Join TEEG?
- Work for a growing, market-leading entertainment business
- Partner directly with senior stakeholders on high-profile property projects
- Broad exposure across Australia and New Zealand operations
- Collaborative and supportive team environment
- Opportunity to influence the growth and expansion of iconic brands
