Your new opportunity Covering a 10-month period of parental leave, you’ll bring RAA’s brand strategy to life through meaningful campaigns, partnerships, activations and commercial sponsorships that strengthen our connection with members and the community. Working across RAA, you’ll champion a consistent, member-focused brand and create experiences that bring what RAA stands for to life. In addition, you will:
- Lead our sponsorship strategy and partnerships, creating and activating opportunities that deliver solid value for our brand, members and commercial partners.
- Be a trusted brand partner to stakeholders across RAA, providing strategic advice and guidance to ensure our brand is consistently represented across every touchpoint.
- Lead key brand and sponsorship projects, working with agencies, suppliers and internal teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
- Lead and develop your team, providing clear direction, meaningful feedback and support to help people do their best work and achieve shared goals.

About you To be successful in this role you will need:
- Strong brand and marketing experience, with a proven ability to develop and execute campaigns that build brand awareness and growth.
- Experience developing brand and sponsorship strategies, translating organisational strategy into impactful plans across multiple channels.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver projects on time and to a high standard.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and influence a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
