Challenge Community Services seeks compassionate Support Workers for Mudgee Accommodation Services. You’ll assist clients with high support needs, including those using wheelchairs and requiring medical support, helping them live with dignity and independence.

The role is based in our SIL/SDA services with overnights and weekend shifts. It’s a casual role with no guaranteed hours, offering versatile rosters and ongoing development opportunities.
