Wellways Connected Care in Launceston, TAS, is seeking an experienced Peer Worker to draw on lived experience to support adults in recovery. You will build authentic connections, promote choice and self-advocacy, and work with a multidisciplinary team across Northern Tasmania.
The role is field-based, requires current confidence in trauma-informed practice, and a willingness to travel within Tasmania. You will join a supportive, inclusive setting with professional development opportunities.
