HealthyPeople Pty Ltd. operates a premium strength & conditioning gym in Neutral Bay. The business-driven manager role will work alongside the owner to run day-to-day operations, manage staff and members, and drive growth with a base salary plus performance incentives.

The successful candidate will coach at least 12 hours per week, manage memberships and leasing, and lead sales and marketing initiatives to meet strategic goals. This full time role offers room to grow as the business grows.
