Join Our Environmental Services Team in Princess Alexandra Hospital
Play an essential role in supporting patient care at Princess Alexandra Hospital by delivering high-quality cleaning and environmental services across our busy hospital campus.
About This Role The Process
This Expression of Interest collects a variety of information that will help identify potentially suitable applicants for future casual employment opportunities. If deemed suitable your details will remain in the Talent Pool for a period of 12 months and should there be an employment opportunity you will be contacted to discuss the opportunity further. Additional selection processes (interview, reference checks and pre-employment checks) to further assess suitability for appointment to a specific position may be required.

- A pool will generally continue for a 12-month period.

Your Current Role As a member of the Environmental Services team, you'll help maintain a safe, clean and hygienic setting for patients, visitors and staff across Princess Alexandra Hospital. In This Role, You Will
- Perform general cleaning across patient areas, clinical departments, public spaces, offices and administration areas.
- Complete specialised cleaning, including terminal and infectious cleans and carpet extraction.
- Safely handle and dispose of general, clinical, toxic and infectious waste and soiled linen.
