Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Audiology Assistant role based in Tweed, NSW. Day-to-day tasks include repairing hearing aids, managing appointments, and handling general clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping. The role also involves explaining basic hearing care instructions to customers, and ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.



The Audiology Assistant will work closely with the team to provide effective, patient-focused hearing services.

Qualifications

- Candidates will receive on the job training

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills for interacting with customers and clinical team members.
- Candidates should possess effective Clerical Skills, including basic computer literacy, data entry, and appointment management.
- Candidates should be confident with smart phones as troubleshooting with bluetoith issues will be a part of the role
- Previous experience in a healthcare, clinical, or customer service environment is beneficial.
- Ability to follow clinical procedures accurately and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability, and an empathetic, patient-centered approach.
- Experience in the audiology field, healthcare support, or a related field is an advantage.
