About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service, has strong organisational skills and is passionate about the automotive industry. In this role, you will:

- Interpret and supply parts for workshop technicians, retail and trade customers
- Process parts enquiries via phone, email and in person
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock control processes
- Source parts efficiently and cost-effectively
- Assist with receipting, dispatch and general warehouse duties
- Build strong relationships with customers and suppliers
- Contribute to the overall success of the Parts Department

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience as a Parts Interpreter or in an automotive parts environment
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and vehicle components
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- The ability to work effectively in a quick-paced team environment




- Sound computer skills and experience with dealership systems is advantageous
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
