We are looking for an experienced Pega CDH Developer to join a Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM) squad and support the design, development and execution of Next Best Action (NBA) strategies through Pega CDH.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement actions, treatments, engagement policies, arbitration rules and taxonomy within Pega CDH.
- Develop and optimise NBA strategies and decisioning frameworks.
- Work closely with NBA Analysts, Data Scientists and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Design and execute A/B and multivariate testing to improve decision strategies and performance.
- Support data analysis, QA, testing and business simulations.
- Provide Pega CDH expertise and promote best practices across the Martech & Decisioning team.

Key Skills & Experience:

- Extensive hands-on experience with Pega Customer Decision Hub (CDH), ideally version 8.23+ / 8.7x onwards.




- Experience with Pega 1:1 Operations Manager is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of Next Best Action / Next Best Experience strategies and testing methodologies.
- Robust SQL skills and understanding of relational databases; Teradata experience is a plus.
- Knowledge of Pega Strategy Framework / NBAD is desirable.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Understanding of Privacy Act, Spam Act and Do Not Call Register (DNCR) requirements for direct marketing activities.
- Relevant degree in IT, Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Information Systems, Finance or a related field.
