Key responsibilities

- Attract and engage prospective clients seeking leadership, career and personal development

- Conduct structured, consultative conversations to understand goals, motivations and readiness for change
- Guide individuals towards appropriate leadership and development resources aligned with their aspirations
- Maintain consistent follow-up and relationship management using established systems

- Work independently while contributing to a supportive, collaborative team setting

Experience and attributes

- At least 5 years of professional work experience, preferably in HR, L&D;, Talent, Coaching, Leadership or related fields
- Confidence engaging with people and building professional relationships
- Value accountability, growth and continuous learning
