Design and deliver engaging lessons for senior students, covering VCE, HSC, or IB subjects (e.g. English, Maths, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Accounting, Economics)

- Integrate Mars Ladder AI into the learning process – using its data insights to personalise feedback, track progress, and prepare students for exams
- Contribute to the development of teaching materials including notes, tests, and practice resources
- Work closely with students and parents to build confidence and academic strategy
- Participate in internal training, research, and mentor programs, helping improve teaching quality across campuses
- Inspire students not just to study, but to love learning and aim higher

What We're Looking For

- Strong academic background – experience with VCE, HSC, or IB curriculum (ATAR high achiever strongly preferred)
- Experience in tutoring or teaching senior-level students is essential
- Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and engagingly in English
- Confidence in using AI-powered teaching tools (training provided)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills – willing to share insights with the lecturer team




- Must hold (or be able to obtain) a Working With Children Check (Employee type)
