Requirements

Minimum Requirements:

Suitable candidates should have:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in community care, aged care, disability care, or a related support setting




- Certificate III in Individual Support, Ageing, Disability, or equivalent qualification preferred
- Experience supporting people with complex or high -care needs is highly desirable
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate, or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to pass relevant background and compliance checks
- Valid driver’s licence and access to a suitable vehicle
- Ability to work rostered shifts, including weekends and overnight work where required
- English language evidence may be required, depending on employer and visa requirements
