Hunter Current England Local Health District is seeking a Registered Nurse – Community Health to manage a patient caseload on a 7-day rotating roster, delivering expert care across diverse community needs in patients' homes and local clinics around Tamworth.

The role covers complex wound care, medication management, palliative support, catheter care and comprehensive nursing assessments, supported by Nurse Practitioners, CNCs and CNSs across the region.
