Job Description

Liquid HR in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a part-time, hands-on role supporting an established engineering business (~150 staff).

The role focuses on day-to-day HR delivery, partnering with managers and employees, with external IR/employment law support for complex matters. Flexibility to mix in office and remote work is available in a 20-hour-per-week arrangement.
