Immediate need for an experienced Accounts officer for an esteemed entity. Your new company is a well-known organisation in Western Sydney looking to employ an Accounts officer on a part-time basis./n
Your new role will include but will not be limited to:/n
/nAccounts Payable• Prepare and pay weekly supplier invoices/n
/n• Enter weekly Foundation transactions into MYOB/n
/n• Enter credit card data and payments/n
/n• Reconcile monthly Budget transactions/n
/nAccounts Receivable/n
/n• Create and issue invoices for upfront tuition, amenities and accommodation fees/n
/n• Create invoices for fees/n
/n• Follow up outstanding student debts/n
/n• Reconcile daily receipts/n
/nPayroll/n
/n• Set up recent employees in payroll systems/n
/n• Prepare and process fortnightly Payroll/n
/nGeneral/n
/n• Help conduct end of month bank reconciliations/n
/n• Enter scholarships and bursaries against recipient accounts/n
/n• Maintain electronic filing systems/n
/n• Ensure accurate record keeping in databases/n
What you'll need to succeed /n
/nHands-on experience in a similar role is essential. Knowledge of MYOB or similar software would be ideal./n
What you'll get in return T/n
/nThis is a 4-day a week role. However, for the right candidate, 3 days could be considered./n
