ConsultANZ is looking for a Survey Technician in Brisbane. The project is a residential building project in Brisbane.

Main Duties:

- Conduct cadastral, feature and detail surveys for residential building and land development projects.
- Undertake construction set out and site measurements.
- Operate surveying equipment including Trimble Total Station and GPS.
- Process and analyze field survey data.
- Prepare survey plans, drawings and documentation.

Requirements:

- More than 5 years of experience as a survey Technician, preferably within Australia.
- Previous experience in cadastral surveying and residential/land development projects.
- Strong experience using Trimble Total Station and GPS.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.




- Strong understanding of cadastral surveying principles and surveying practices.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
