Clinical Education & Research (CER) provides a comprehensive approach to nursing and midwifery education. It encompasses graduate nurse and midwifery programs, the clinical partnership program supporting undergraduate students, scope of practice initiatives, digital learning, occupational violence prevention, ongoing professional development, and research.

Competitive salary and benefits:
We offer attractive remuneration package value up to $128,576 p.a. and .
- Salary range: $70.92 to $77.00 p.h. (NG7)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
- 12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
- Accommodation: On-site single staff accommodation will be provided if required.

About your opportunity:
The Rural and Aged Care Nurse Educator (NE) is responsible for leading, developing, and delivering comprehensive clinical education programs that incorporate diverse teaching methodologies, including at-the-elbow clinical skills training and simulation-based learning grounded in adult learning principles.
This position is based at Eventide Residential Aged Care Facility in Charters Towers.
Requirements:
- Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA).
- Possession of class C drivers' licence.
- Travel is a requirement of this position.
- This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
- Probation period may apply.
- Pre-employment checks will be conducted, including NDIS, Aged Care screening and Mandatory Key Personnel in Multipurpose (MPHS) or Residential Aged Care Facility.
