About this role:
As the first point of contact, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the patient journey and upholding our premium brand experience.
- Deliver a warm, seamless, and high-end front-of-house experience
- Manage appointments, patient flow, and front desk operations
- Support administrative processes and maintain accurate records
