CFC in Melbourne is seeking a Platform Support Specialist to join the Connect Platform team. You will support the end-to-end underwriting process, engage with brokers, and ensure policies and documentation are issued accurately and efficiently.

Reporting to the Platform Support Manager, you will handle live chat, respond to inquiries, chase outstanding items, and contribute to a first-class digital broker experience in a quick-paced environment.
