Peninsula Health in Frankston is seeking a Social Worker in Mental Health to support three inpatient units. The role involves advanced clinical practice, psychosocial assessments and discharge planning for adults and older adults.

The position is a fixed term part time role (64 hours per fortnight) until July 2027, based at Peninsula University Hospital, Frankston. Applicants should have AAA social work credentials and be eligible for AASW membership.
