Shuttlerock is going through a growth phase and has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Producer to sit within one of our client’s offices (in their content studio set up).
Reporting to the Head of Content Studio/Senior Producer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality content by managing projects from brief through to final delivery. In this fast-paced environment, you will support the day-to-day operations of the studio, ensuring content shoots and asset production run smoothly, on time and within budget.
You will work closely with the Head of Content Studio to manage production workflows, liaise with internal teams and external suppliers, and ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
The role is to commence in October 2026.
About you
- Proven experience (4+ years) in a production role, preferably within an agency or in-house brand environment.
- Experience managing multiple clients and multiple jobs simultaneously
- Experience working on big blue chip brand advertisers
- Demonstrated ability to drive production projects and the team autonomously from brief through to final delivery, managing timelines, stakeholders and budgets along the way
- Experience managing content production projects across pre-production, shoots and post-production
- Strong knowledge of the end-to-end production process
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A strong creative eye with the ability to evaluate and uphold high creative standards
- Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced, collaborative environment
- Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the confidence to take ownership of projects
- Down to earth, cooperative and fun
- Be able to work onsite at client 2 days per week (Sydney based)
+ 1 day a week at our office
Roles and responsibilities include
- Supporting the Head of Content Studio/Senior Producer in the day-to-day management of Content Studio projects
- Owning and driving production projects autonomously from brief through to final delivery, ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard
- Managing production workflows across pre-production, shoot execution and post-production
- Coordinating shoot logistics, schedules and production resources
- Managing project timelines, budgets and resource allocation
- Ensuring all deliverables are quality checked and meet client expectations
- Liaising with internal teams including creative, design and post-production to ensure seamless execution
- Coordinating and managing external freelancers and suppliers including videographers, photographers, stylists and editors
- Supporting the organisation of content shoots and production schedules
- Maintaining accurate production documentation and project tracking
- Supporting internal and client WIP meetings to track project progress
- Building solid day-to-day relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
- Ensuring all work is delivered efficiently, accurately and to the highest production standards
