We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our Buying team! The Production Assistant supports the buying team in managing the development and production process from sampling through to bulk delivery.

What you’ll do:

- Support the team with the day-to-day coordination of garment production.
- Assist with purchase orders, production trackers and timelines.
- Track samples and follow up with suppliers on production updates.
- Maintain accurate product, costing and production information.
- Assist with packaging, labelling and quality requirements.
- Work closely with the Buying team to help ensure products are delivered on time.





What we are looking for:

- Strong organisation and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- An interest in fashion, garments and the production process.
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
