An opportunity currently exists for a Product Systems & Data Specialist based at our Kingsgrove / Macq Park / Altona site on a permanent, full time basis. Reporting to the Head of Product & Growth – Governance, Projects and Systems, the Product Systems & Data Lead is a senior role responsible for owning and driving product information systems and workflows.

Key accountabilities include

- Lead and maintain system integrity across Optiva, D365 ERP, BOM, and Silo platforms.

- Design, implement, and improve workflows for product data creation, approval, and integration.

- Approve product recipes, data entries, and Optiva statuses in line with governance standards.

- Support, guide and quality-check work completed by the Product Information Specialist.

- Build system and data capability across the P&G; function through coaching and structured upskilling.

- Maintain training resources and facilitate onboarding and development for new team members.

- Ensure seamless integration and data flow between key systems (e.g. Optiva, ERP, Silo).

- Drive process automation, simplification,



and standardisation to support efficiency and accuracy.

- Monitor system performance and champion enhancements to drive user satisfaction and governance.

The successful applicant will possess:
- Expertise in Optiva (or similar PLM), D365, BOM systems, and associated data structures.

- Proven ability to design, implement, and manage workflows and governance frameworks.

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical users.

- Experience in food manufacturing, FMCG, or supply chain preferred.

- Proven track record in systems ownership, process improvement, and data governance.

- Familiarity with cross-functional project leadership and systems integration.

- Tertiary qualifications not mandatory but relevant qualifications or certifications in food, data, or systems are advantageous.
