About the Role

As a Project Administrator you will take a key role in coordinating project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring project deliverables are completed on time and within budget. Additionally, this role provides support to the Executive Director, including but not limited to, daily management diary.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage executive diaries, meetings and stakeholder appointments, including agendas and minutes.
- Coordinate project meetings, communications and follow-up actions, acting as a key point of contact for project-related enquiries.




- Maintain accurate project documentation, records and Aconex systems, including contracts, RFIs, change orders and correspondence.
- Monitor project progress, timelines and contractual requirements, and prepare regular project status reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, suppliers and subcontractors to support project delivery.
- Prepare and administer Consultancy, Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreements and related documentation.
- Coordinate project financial administration, including budgets, purchase orders, invoices, payments and bank guarantees, in collaboration with Finance.
- Maintain project invoice trackers and provide updates to suppliers on payment status.
- Support a team-oriented team environment and ensure activities align with quality, safety and environmental requirements.

About You

- Tertiary qualification in Property, Property Economics, Architecture, Urban Planning or Construction Management is advantageous.
- 2+ years’ experience in property development, design or construction, ideally within the medium to high-density residential sector.
- Basic understanding of the property development industry and Development Approval (DA) process
- Strong interpersonal, communication, written and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experienced in use of all Microsoft platforms.
