Implementation Manager – Superannuation The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager / Test Lead with strong superannuation and administration experience to play a critical role within a major Investment Simplification Program.

This is a senior role that will sit across multiple technology, business and testing teams, acting as the key conduit between stakeholders and ensuring testing activities are aligned, governed and ultimately delivered successfully.

The environment is complex, with multiple onshore, offshore and outsourced test teams operating with different ways of working, methodologies, processes, capabilities and environments. The successful candidate will be comfortable navigating this complexity, bringing teams together, resolving issues and driving outcomes without becoming caught up in organisational politics.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide overall QA oversight across multiple test portfolios and workstreams.
- Act as the central Implementation Test Lead, connecting technology, business and multiple testing teams.
- Establish consistency across teams with different methodologies, processes, capabilities and ways of working.
- Elevate and improve test reporting, traceability, environments, test cases and audit readiness.
- Develop and enhance Test Summaries, providing clear visibility of progress, risks, issues, dependencies and overall quality.
- Identify and drive opportunities for best practice, standardisation and risk mitigation across the testing portfolio.
- Provide oversight across onshore, offshore and outsourced test teams.
- Identify gaps, dependencies and risks across testing activities and ensure these are actively managed through to resolution.
- Facilitate effective communication between business, technology, delivery and testing stakeholders.
- Provide senior-level challenge and guidance to ensure testing outcomes are fit for purpose and aligned to program objectives.





Support continuous improvement across testing practices, governance and ways of working.
- Leverage existing AI-enabled testing capabilities and identify opportunities to further uplift testing efficiency, quality and automation through cutting-edge approaches and intellectual property.

About You You will be an experienced Test Implementation Lead with a strong background in superannuation and/or superannuation administration.

You will bring:

- Demonstrable experience leading complex testing programs across multiple workstreams.
- Strong understanding of superannuation, investment operations and administration.
- Proven experience operating across large and complex transformation programs.
- Strong knowledge of test governance, QA, test strategy, execution, reporting and risk management.
- Experience overseeing multiple testing teams, including onshore, offshore and outsourced delivery models.
- The ability to establish structure, consistency and governance across disparate teams.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technology, business and delivery stakeholders at senior levels.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex testing issues into clear business outcomes.
- A pragmatic and commercially minded approach to problem solving.
- The confidence to challenge constructively, mediate between competing stakeholders and keep teams focused on outcomes.
- Experience with AI, automation or emerging testing practices will be highly regarded.
