Level 4, $99,134 - $104,044 pa, PSCSAA

24 months temporary appointment, with possibility of further term and/or permanency

This role is located at Northbridge Campus. As we are a multi-campus institution you may be required to work from more than one campus.

About You

You’re a highly organised and proactive professional who takes pride in keeping things moving and following through on the details. You’re comfortable juggling competing priorities, coordinating meetings and activities, maintaining accurate records and tracking actions to make sure deadlines and commitments don’t fall through the cracks.

A confident communicator and natural collaborator, you build positive working relationships and enjoy working with a range of stakeholders. You can prepare explicit, professional correspondence, reports and meeting documentation, and you’re equally comfortable responding to enquiries or helping coordinate information across different groups.

You bring sound judgement, attention to detail and a genuine commitment to getting things right. You’re also someone who looks for practical ways to improve how things are done and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, inclusive and professional working environment.

Suitability Requirements To be considered suitable for this position, you will:

- Have relevant skills and experience to meet the selection criteria and role requirements as outlined in the JDF.

Eligibility Requirements and Other Conditions To be considered eligible for employment, you will:

- Possess current and valid Australian working rights (e.g. Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or an appropriate working visa). Please note, visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
- Hold, or have the ability to obtain:
- Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
