Voix Clinic is a youth mental health service in South Perth for young people aged 12-24. We have an in-house adolescent psychiatrist, psychologists, occupational therapists, and ADHD and life coaches, all in a new purpose-built clinic by the river. We have a presence in the Southwest (monthly clinics) and are expanding to the northern suburbs of Perth. When you have a medication question or a tricky formulation, you walk down the corridor. Teamwork is the key! No months-long referral loops.

We're growing, and we want a psychologist who brings clinical skill, curiosity, and a genuine feel for what it means to be young right now.

- How we work We use eclectic clinical models to approach our users, with a firmly established, strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming approach grounded in the WHO ICF framework. We care about function and potential, not just diagnoses. We also take young people's digital lives seriously, as part of their identity and rapidly changing social world rather than a problem to manage.

We use digital tools and blended shared care models, and connect with similar organisations interstate and internationally to further some of our research projects and benchmarking.

The Role

- Deliver evidence-based therapy to young people, in person and online
- Work with presentations including ADHD, anxiety, mood, trauma, emotional regulation, neurodiversity and identity
- Work closely with our psychiatrist, OTs and coaches to support young people and their families
- Join peer consultation and help shape how the service develops
- Optional involvement in research projects and collaboration with a range of academic institutions currently collaborating with Voix

- About you

- AHPRA registration as a Clinical, Counseling or General Registered Psychologist. We welcome all pathways and match work to your scope, with room to grow.
- Experience in youth mental health, or a strong interest in it
- A playful, flexible, and creative approach to therapy; access to technologies facilitating such clinical engagements
- Interest in strengths-based, neurodiversity-affirming practice
- Neurodevelopmental assessment experience (WISC, WIAT, ADOS, MIGDAS) is useful but not essential, and we will help you build it
- Board-approved supervisor status is highly desirable
