Downer in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead asphalt and road surfacing crews across Victoria. Based in Somerton, you will supervise field operations, coordinate daily activities and drive safety, productivity and quality.

You will work with project stakeholders on major infrastructure programs, coaching and developing teams while promoting Zero Harm and continuous improvement. This is a field leadership role within a market-leading organisation.
